What we collect
We collect your email address when you request the free AI Adaptation Kit via the form on this site. That is the only personal information we collect directly.
We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or browsing behavior beyond what your browser transmits by default as part of any HTTP request.
How we use it
- To send you the requested resource (the AI Adaptation Kit).
- To send occasional updates about Baseweight when they are directly relevant to AI adaptation — no more than a few times per year.
We will never use your email address for any purpose beyond the above. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and we do not send promotional material on behalf of third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling.
- We do not transfer your data to any parties outside of our email service provider.
- We do not use your email address to infer demographic or behavioural data.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to Baseweight. No other third-party data processors receive your information. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through their infrastructure.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us at phil@baseweight.co to be removed at any time. We will process all removal requests within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription your address is permanently deleted from our list within 30 days. We do not archive unsubscribed addresses.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent for its use at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at phil@baseweight.co.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without notifying you directly.
